Nowadays, anyone can complete a 6 week intensive personal training course and start working as a "personal trainer". Unfortunately for trainers like myself we are all labelled under the same title as "personal trainer".
Training with me you have a trainer with over 11 years full-time experience, a MSc degree in Exercise Physiology, a BSc degree in Sports Science as well as extensive CPD qualifications throughout my career.
Within my sessions you also have the availability of qualified sports massage therapist on hand. I am able to help with any knots or niggles that you may pick up from the stresses of everyday life and training and treat them within your PT session. No more "I can't train today because my knee hurts..." it will be "yes! I've got a session with Oly today, he can sort it out for me!". You can check out my full list of qualifications in my About Me page.
However, the real difference is where I have the ability to pitch the training sessions exactly to your level, that I know we all have good and bad days and recognising how to get the most from you on those days. The ability to adapt sessions on the spot to suit any demand and still deliver the same results. I am able to train all ages and abilities and have successful clients to tell the stories.
